Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee directed a comprehensive inspection of Minh Khang project.
(Baonghean.vn) - The direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the hotel complex project, supermarket, pharmacy, medical care and housing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city (Minh Khang project) is to thoroughly handle the existing problems and violations of the project and of state management.
The direction of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Minh Khang project is stated in Document No. 4364/UBND-CN dated July 7, 2020 sent to the Provincial Inspectorate.

In Document No. 4364/UBND-CN, it is informed that, based on the results of the inspection and examination of the Minh Khang project reported by the Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Police, in order to thoroughly handle the existing problems and violations of the project and of state management work and report the handling results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has the following opinions:

The Provincial Inspectorate shall preside over and establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the project as a basis for direction and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law; in case of signs of crime, the case shall be transferred to the Public Security Agency for investigation and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law. The handling content must be divided specifically and in detail into each group of issues (land, finance, construction investment, business capital contribution, etc.) for effective and decisive handling.

Document No. 4364/UBND-CN also stated that the Provincial People's Committee Office; Departments, branches, units: Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Finance, Tax Department, Vinh City People's Committee are responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Inspectorate to carry out the task of comprehensively inspecting the Minh Khang project.
