Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation inspected the site and infrastructure of Nghia Dan Industrial Park in Nghia Hoi Commune. The industrial park is managed by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, with a planned area of ​​over 245 hectares, and the occupancy rate is currently 28.7%.

In the industrial park, the Nghe An Wood Processing Factory Project invested by May Forestry Joint Stock Company with a land use area of ​​39.7 hectares has come into operation. The Superfine Stone Powder Production and Processing Factory Project invested by Duc Thinh New Materials Technology Limited Company with an area of ​​15.66 hectares is in the process of completing procedures to start construction.

After listening to the report and inspecting the actual situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed that Nghia Dan Industrial Park has a beautiful site and a favorable location. Therefore, Nghia Dan district is required to actively coordinate with the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board to call for and attract investment in the industrial park. To do so, Nghia Dan district must properly manage the planning of industrial parks and residential areas to facilitate investment attraction in the future.

Next, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also visited factories in Nghia Long Industrial Cluster. This industrial cluster has a planned area of ​​24.14 hectares with a total investment of VND 81.6 billion and has been approved to adjust the detailed planning to expand to 37.5 hectares. According to the planning orientation of Nghia Dan district and the provincial planning, Nghia Long Industrial Cluster is expected to expand to a maximum of 75 hectares in the period of 2021 - 2025.

Up to now, 6 factories have invested and come into operation and 1 enterprise is completing land and construction procedures to be eligible to start construction and 1 factory is expected to expand into Nghia Long Industrial Park. The total area that has been and is undergoing lease procedures is 23.61 hectares, with an occupancy rate of 80%.

The total number of employees in Nghia Long Industrial Park working at factories is 847, with an average salary of 6.5-8 million VND/person/month and contributing over 10 billion VND to the State budget annually.

Grasping the trend of tourists looking for green spaces, taking advantage of local advantages, Hon Mat Eco-tourism Area has invested in the direction of farms combining relaxation, sightseeing and experiencing activities close to nature. On peak days, Hon Mat Eco-tourism Area welcomes an average of 300 - 500 visitors from inside and outside the province to visit, explore and experience the services.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung also visited the raw material growing fields, feed processing center and bran processing factory of TH Group.

Currently, the group's area of ​​raw material cultivation for cattle raising is over 8,100 hectares; feed processing centers and distribution to each cowshed for each different type of cow with a capacity of over 2,000 tons/day. In addition, the factory producing concentrated feed for cattle has a capacity of 600 tons/day.

Ms. Thai Huong - Founder and Chairwoman of the TH Group Strategy Council said that the project of raising dairy cows and processing milk on a concentrated industrial scale using high technology of TH Dairy Food Joint Stock Company has a scale of 137,000 dairy cows on a total area of ​​37,000 hectares of land. Up to now, the total herd of cows has approached 70,000 with the handed over land area of ​​about 3,485 hectares.

"The project continuously develops production, improves labor productivity and makes many contributions to the locality. TH projects in Nghia Dan district have created jobs for nearly 5,000 workers," said Ms. Thai Huong.

Through the field visit, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung was impressed with the innovations in production and business activities at factories and centers of TH Group; at the same time, he congratulated TH Group for successfully implementing a high-tech, highly efficient agricultural production model, applying a modern, effective, and closed management model.

Regarding TH Group's recommendations, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung requested Nghia Dan district to coordinate with relevant sectors to focus on resolving issues within its authority.
