Tanh Pagoda supports funding to build 'great solidarity house'
(Baonghean.vn) - Tanh Pagoda in Hop Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District coordinated with local authorities to give gifts to support housing construction for households in difficult circumstances in the area.

On the afternoon of March 24, Venerable Thich Tue Phuc, abbot of Tanh Pagoda, presented 3 gifts to households in Hop Thanh commune, including the families of Mr. Pham Van Hieu, Mr. Nguyen Van Thu in hamlet 5, and Mr. Nguyen Van De in Chua hamlet.
These are 3 families in difficult circumstances, families with meritorious services but dilapidated houses. Tanh Pagoda has supported each family with 10 million VND to contribute more funds for the households to build "great solidarity houses".

Previously, Tanh Pagoda also organized the distribution of free masks to Buddhists, donated masks to Hop Thanh Commune Health Station, and actively cooperated with the locality in preventing the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is known that Tanh Pagoda (Long Tinh Pagoda) was restored in 2012. In the past time, in the process of building a worship facility and organizing practice activities, the pagoda regularly paid attention to charity activities, aiming to share difficulties with the poor in the area.
