The Investigation Police Agency (PC04) of Nghe An Provincial Police is investigating the case: "Illegal transportation of narcotics" that occurred on May 20, 2019 in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city, transferred by the Mobile Police Department (PK02) of Nghe An Provincial Police.
In the above case, there is a suspect named Nguyen Ngoc Quyet (born in 1989), registered residence at Block 1, Tan Lac town (Quy Chau district), residing in Cua Nam ward (Vinh city) who is currently on the run with a blue NISSAN NAVARA car, license plate 37C-31571.
