(Baonghean.vn) - Due to personal conflicts, the group of young men made an appointment to meet at a drinking place to resolve the issue, leading to a fight.

On March 6, Vinh City Police, Nghe An Province, said that the unit had just detained a group of young men who had caused the incident.disturbancepublic order, occurred in the area on the evening of March 5.
The detained subjects include Tran Xuan Minh (born in 1995), residing in block 8, Trung Do ward (Vinh city); Vuong Anh Tu (born in 1996), residing in block 3, Le Loi ward (Vinh city); Nguyen Manh Hung (born in 1990), residing in block 5, Doi Cung ward (Vinh city); Nguyen Duc Hau (born in 2003), residing in block 9, Quan Bau ward (Vinh city) and Le Trung Kien (born in 1998), residing in block 1, Cua Nam ward (Vinh city).

Previously, at about 11:00 p.m. on March 5, due toconflictThe above individual and group of young men made an appointment with a young man named Thang (born in 1997), residing in Ha Huy Tap ward (Vinh city) to come and talk at a drinking place in lane 77, Nguyen Thai Hoc street (Vinh city).

During the conflict resolution process, Thang brought three other young men along and threatened them with swords. In response to that incident, a scuffle broke out between the two groups of young men. During the scuffle, Thang's group ran away because they were at a disadvantage.

During the chase, Hau, Tu, Kien and Minh threw glass cups and beer bottles at Thang and his accomplices. Nguyen Manh Hung took out a black GR88 pistol and pulled the trigger, causing a loud bang. After the scuffle, the two groups of young men immediately left the scene.

Upon receiving the information, Vinh City Police quickly dispatched forces to the scene to collect evidence, investigate, and verify the incident. On March 6, realizing that their actions were illegal, Tran Xuan Minh and Nguyen Manh Hung went to the police station to confess their actions and hand over the weapons used to commit the crime.

Based on the collected documents and evidence, along with the statements of the two subjects, the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency has detained Vuong Anh Tu, Le Trung Kien and Nguyen Duc Hau in an emergency for disturbing public order. At the investigation agency, all of these subjects confessed to their crimes.
Currently, Vinh City Police are consolidating records, continuing to expand the investigation, and arresting related subjects for handling according to the provisions of law.
