Announcement of the merger of the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Department of Internal Affairs of Hoang Mai Town

According to Decision No. 2664-QD/Thu of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee on the merger of the Town Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Internal Affairs, the merged agency will be called the Organization - Internal Affairs Agency of Hoang Mai town.

Secretary of the Town Party Committee Vo Van Dung presented the decisions appointing the Head and Deputy Heads of the Organization and Internal Affairs Department of Hoang Mai town.

The agency's staffing will initially use the existing staff of the City Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Internal Affairs. During the implementation of the merger, the agencies will continue to implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo on streamlining staffing and restructuring the staff of officials, civil servants and public employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the City Party Committee Vo Van Dung emphasized that Hoang Mai being selected by the province as a pilot model for consolidation is an honor and a great responsibility to build an apparatus and organization to meet the development of a young city. Therefore, the Standing Committee, Standing Committee and Executive Committee, and agencies need to pay attention, help, direct, coordinate and create the best conditions for the Organization - Internal Affairs agency to excellently complete its tasks.

The Organization - Internal Affairs Department must strive, unite internally, advise accurately and promptly to the Standing Committee, Executive Committee and People's Committee of the town on personnel work to promote the effectiveness of the cadre apparatus from the town to the grassroots level in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to regularly evaluate and draw experience to promptly report to the Provincial Party Committee for appropriate direction and adjustment.
