Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van De - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development stated: Although Vinh city and Cua Lo town have small forest areas, they are of special importance in terms of environmental landscape, associated with the national historical relic site of King Quang Trung Temple; requiring strict forest protection measures, absolutely not allowing fires and deforestation.

“We request the Vinh City People's Committee and Cua Lo Town People's Committee to pay attention to directing the Vinh - Cua Lo Forest Protection Department to closely coordinate with local agencies and departments, grasp the scope and management area, advise on the good implementation of forest management, protection and development tasks, especially forest fire prevention and fighting, and management of the captivity and slaughter of wild animals,” emphasized comrade Nguyen Van De.

Assigning tasks to the Head of Vinh - Cua Lo Forest Protection Department, comrade Bach Quoc Dung - Head of the Forest Protection Department requested: the leaders of the department need to focus on coordination, complete administrative procedures, party and mass organizations as well as operating regulations, assign tasks so that the unit can soon operate effectively.
