Nghe An Electricity Company electrifies 3 border communes of Que Phong district
On December 28, Nghe An Electricity Company energized the Muong Long, Nam Tot, and Huoi Sai transformer stations (Tri Le commune, Que Phong district).
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Dang Thanh Vinh - Deputy Director of Nghe An Electricity Company; Bui Van Hien - Vice Chairman of Que Phong District People's Committee, representatives of units stationed in the area, and cadres and people of Muong Long, Nam Tot, and Huoi Sai villages.

Que Phong is a border district with many difficulties. For many years, households in some villages have lived without electricity. The greatest wish of the ethnic minorities in this locality is to enjoy a stable and long-term source of electricity.
Realizing the need for a national grid to promote socio-economic development of border communes and raise people's cultural, political and social awareness, Nghe An province has requested Nghe An Electricity Company to quickly complete the project to supply electricity to the remaining villages.

Muong Long transformer station was invested in construction with 8,095m of medium voltage line, 3,452m of low voltage line, and a total capacity of 100kVA - 35/0.4kV, supplying electricity to 162 households.
Nam Tot transformer station was invested in construction with 4,685m of medium voltage line, 842m of low voltage line and a total capacity of 31.5kVA - 35/0.4kV, supplying electricity to 61 households.
Huoi Sai transformer station has a total capacity of 75kVA - 35/0.4kV, with 2,030m of low voltage lines and 1,590m of medium voltage lines. This transformer station will supply electricity to 119 households.
These are projects under the Project to invest in the construction of rural electricity supply works from the National Grid in Nghe An province in the period of 2015-2020, investment implementation in 2022-2023.
The project aims to develop medium and low voltage power grids to supply electricity to villages and hamlets without electricity in Nghe An province, meeting the electricity supply needs for socio-economic development goals to gradually improve the intellectual life of ethnic minorities in remote areas while ensuring political security in Nghe An province.
