Regarding the work of planning, training and managing cadres, Anh Son voters are concerned about the situation in the public administration that there are still some cadres and party members who are corrupt, corrupt, bureaucratic, harassing the people, causing loss of state assets, and causing loss of people's trust. They request the Government to take strong, decisive and effective measures to combat corruption and abuse of power.
Regarding the local situation, gay tea is a specialty of Anh Son district, bringing many economic values. Tea growing is a traditional occupation of local people. Voters in Cao Son commune are concerned about the implementation of Circular 86/2015 of the Government on exemption and reduction of tuition fees and meals for students. Of which, only children from 3 to 5 years old are entitled to full benefits. Therefore, voters recommend that the State should have policies for all children of all ages, ensuring their equality, right to study and enjoyment.
Also at the conference, voters made recommendations on the Social Insurance Law. The new Social Insurance Law has many advantages for participants. However, voluntary social insurance participants are only entitled to retirement and death benefits, while women are not entitled to maternity benefits. This State regulation is very disadvantageous to female cadres who voluntarily pay for social insurance. It is recommended that the State pay attention and have balanced policies.
