At the meeting, voters listened to the Provincial People's Council delegates report on some socio-economic situations in the province in the first 6 months of the year; expected program and content of the 6th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021.
With a democratic and frank spirit, many voters expressed their opinions and thoughts related to many socio-economic issues arising in practice.
Regarding the current situation of land auctions in rural areas, where people who need land cannot buy it, but people who do not really need it can buy it, voter Nguyen Van Tien (Hamlet 12, Dien Phu Commune) suggested that the province should issue strict regulations and rules on land auctions to ensure that people who really need it can buy land.
Voter Nguyen Van Tien reported that Road 205, connecting Road N2 of Dien Tho commune to Dien Phu, about 3-4 km long, is deteriorating, causing difficulties for people to travel, and requested that all levels pay attention to maintaining this road section.

Voter Hoang Van Duong (Hamlet 3, Dien Loi Commune) reflected that the power grid infrastructure in Hamlet 3 is being built by the people themselves and has not received any attention from the Electricity sector; on the other hand, installing new electricity meters for people is still troublesome; the lending policy under the Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Program is being applied by the Social Policy Bank to all households, not giving priority to poor and near-poor households.
In addition to the above issues, voters in the communes also expressed their desire to propose that all levels and sectors pay attention to ensuring the safety of dams during the rainy and stormy season; strengthen land management, especially land leased or borrowed for farms and ranches; implement irrigation fee policies and policies to support rice growing areas...
