Voters in Tay Son commune reported that around the 90s of the last century, people in Huoi Giang 1, Huoi Giang 2, Huoi Giang 3 villages experimented with planting wild po mu trees around residential areas. In 2024, according to the policy of forest allocation associated with forestry land allocation in Tay Son commune, Ky Son Protective Forest Management Board will not allocate the above-mentioned area of po mu forest to households that have participated in planting.

Voters and people of Huoi Giang 1, Huoi Giang 2 and Huoi Giang 3 villages requested that superiors consider and have a policy to hand over nearly 100 hectares of po mu forests to households for management and protection, while at the same time developing the economy under the forest canopy to increase income, stabilize life, and reduce poverty.

Regarding the investment and construction sector, voters of Nam Can commune reported that on average, every day, 200 - 250 tractor-trailers transport ore from Laos through the border gate to Vietnam. Due to the degraded border gate area and narrow parking lots for customs clearance procedures, these vehicles often park along National Highway 7, causing traffic congestion and unsafe traffic. Voters requested the National Assembly, the Government, and the People's Committee of Nghe An province to renovate, repair and upgrade the Nam Can International Border Gate.
