Road 534 has been planned for more than 20 years, through many terms, is now seriously degraded but has not been built yet.

In addition, the policy for commune officials to retire, the issue of fees and charges, road maintenance fees for motorbikes... is not reasonable and many voters have suggested that there should be more specific and suitable policies and regulations.
