On the afternoon of July 24, at Ngoc Son commune, the provincial People's Council delegates: Ms. Nguyen Luong Hong - Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, Mr. Bang Hong Hien - Deputy Director of Nghe An Electricity Company had a meeting with voters of 17 communes of Quynh Luu district after the 4th session.

After listening to Ms. Nguyen Luong Hong, representing the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, passing the reports on the results after the 4th session, the Resolution on electing additional positions and the Resolution on implementing the tasks of socio-economic development of the province in the last 6 months of the year, voters of the communes raised a number of specific opinions and recommendations.

Among them, some issues that voters pay much attention to are: ensuring the rights of low-income people in local land auctions; the weak electricity situation, degraded power lines in some hamlets in Ngoc Son commune for a long time; need to strictly manage forest resources; consider and carefully check companies before introducing products for sale in each hamlet; request Thai Hoa electricity to relocate electric poles in the middle of the road after building roads in the new rural construction program in Tan Son; allowance regime for vice presidents of the association of the elderly; the increasingly serious pollution situation at Ngoc Son landfill; the situation of brokers in land auctions, appropriating people's property; the issuance and exchange of land use right certificates for households in many localities is progressing too slowly; the assignment of traffic tax collection to the post office in reality still has many shortcomings...

After listening to voters' opinions, the provincial People's Council delegates explained issues within their authority. For some issues not within their authority, the delegates submitted them to competent authorities for consideration and resolution./.
