Provincial People's Council delegates, term XVII, met with voters before the 9th session

At the meeting, there were 11 recommendations from voters on groups of issues such as: slow progress of project implementation in the town; degraded traffic roads from the town to Veu village, Phuc Son commune need to be repaired; speeding up the construction of a more spacious town market; fighting against black credit; environmental pollution caused by Song Lam Cement Company affecting people's lives;...

Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and answered issues under the province's authority; other issues will be received, summarized and recommended by the delegation in the next meeting.

Voters reflected 7 opinions with 24 groups of issues such as: the policy of merging villages and hamlets encountered many difficulties due to the expansion of the area and large population; the 7km long Canh Tranh road in Hoa Son commune, which was constructed in phase 1 and put into use in 2012, has now seriously degraded, requesting that all levels and sectors pay attention to constructing phase 2 including asphalting and concrete.

The sugarcane raw material transportation routes in the Song Lam area and the traffic routes leading to the Hoa Son cassava factory are also seriously degraded, affecting people's lives...

Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Van Do also acknowledged the opinions of voters and directly explained the contents under his authority. Regarding other issues that voters reflected, this delegate promised to fully summarize them to present to the Provincial People's Council at the upcoming session for consideration and resolution.

Morning of June 11,in Quynh Tho commune, Mr. Nguyen Tu Phuong - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation met with voters of 3 communes: Quynh Tho, Son Hai, An Hoa, Quynh Luu district.

At the conference, voters made recommendations focusing on issues such as: needing policies to help people stick with the salt making profession because the price is too low; needing attention to upgrading Provincial Road 537B from An Hoa Kindergarten to Quynh Ba Commune because this road is too narrow, posing many potential risks of traffic accidents; increasing the rate of regulation from land auction sources to give communes more resources to build new rural areas.

Voters of Son Hai commune recommended that the province and district pay attention to dredging and upgrading Lach Thoi to facilitate the entry and exit of ships and boats; strengthen control over the slaughter and transportation of pigs in and out of the area to control, prevent and limit the spread of African swine fever to many localities of the district.

After listening to voters' opinions, the provincial and district People's Council delegates explained issues and recommendations within their authority. For some contents not within their authority, the delegates will fully synthesize them to submit to higher levels for consideration and timely resolution.

The N13 canal section through Quynh My commune has been completed and put into use. However, due to unreasonable design, water can only go in but not out, so when it rains, flooding often occurs here. Attention should be paid to building an additional low-voltage power station because currently the electricity in the central area of ​​Quynh My commune is very weak, not enough to meet the daily needs of the people.

Voters of Quynh Doi commune reported that recently the quality of electricity in the commune has been too poor, especially during peak hours. They requested that superiors consider building more power stations and have policies to support farmers in killing rats because rats are currently destroying crops.

In the province and district, there are currently many suspended projects, some of which have been delayed for decades without construction or without efficiency. There needs to be drastic intervention to avoid wasting project land while people have no land for production.

Voters in Quynh Yen suggested speeding up the process of merging villages so that officials can work with peace of mind, avoiding the mentality of waiting and being passive; speeding up the process of granting land use right certificates according to digital maps...

Receiving voters' opinions, Mr. To Van Thu explained a number of issues within his authority that voters reflected, and at the same time synthesized and gave opinions to superiors for consideration and resolution as soon as possible.
