Overcoming the "suspended" planning of many traffic routes

Voter Vo Hai Dang (Hamlet 11) reported that recently, the number of people buying land and building houses in the area has increased, so currently the three schools of kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school are all overloaded; he requested the city to expand the scale of schools and classes to meet the teaching and learning requirements of the schools.

Along with the school, voter Vo Hai Dang also proposed that the city invest in a drainage system in the area to avoid localized flooding when it rains, causing public outrage as it has for a long time.

Voter Nguyen Van Lai (Hamlet 5) raised the issue of the traffic system in the commune, which has been planned for decades but has not been implemented, causing difficulties for people as many households want to build houses but cannot. He requested the city to quickly remedy the situation."hanging" planningsystem of many traffic routes in the area.

In addition to the “suspended” planning of the traffic system, some routes are inadequate, such as the narrow road to the commune center, which needs to be expanded; at the same time, 28-meter roads from the Martyrs’ Memorial to Dang Thai Mai Street and 30-meter roads from Bac Vinh bus station to Dang Thai Mai Street should be soon deployed.

Regarding land, voters focused on reflecting the situation that many households have not been granted land.land use rights certificate; The procedure for granting land use right certificates is still long, causing difficulties for people.

In addition, some voters also proposed that the city should invest and support Nghi Kim commune in a project to produce high-quality vegetables to serve the city's needs; at the same time, invest in an irrigation system to better serve agricultural production.

Voters also reflected on the regime for part-time workers at the hamlet level; the regime for youth volunteers is still inadequate...

Communes should not push work to the hamlets.

At the end of the meeting with voters, on behalf of the provincial and city People's Council delegates, Mr. Nguyen Van Lu, provincial People's Council delegate, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, received the opinions and suggestions of voters, and at the same time explained and clarified a number of issues.

Delegate Nguyen Van Lu said that the City People's Council has just approved the 2021 investment plan from the city budget, in which Nghi Kim commune has 3 projects, including 2 drainage projects and a cultural house with a total of more than 25 billion VND, accounting for about 10% of the city's total investment in new projects in 2021. As for the school infrastructure system, the city has also included it in the investment plan to upgrade and expand in the coming time.

Regarding land issues, delegate Nguyen Van Lu admitted that there are still many problems in the communes merged into the city. The biggest difficulties and obstacles currently in granting land use right certificates to people are due to determining the origin of the land and the main responsibility of the people, hamlets and communes.

The Chairman of the City People's Council also shared the difficulties and hardships of the team of people working in the hamlets, and at the same time hoped that voters would share the difficulties of the provincial budget when it has not yet met voters' wishes regarding policies for the team in the hamlets, and requested that commune-level officials and civil servants should not "push" the work that is the responsibility of the commune down to the hamlet level, causing work pressure on the team of officials in the hamlets.
