At the conference, voters of the three communes requested the State to strictly manage prices, agricultural goods and products sold by farmers so that farmers can feel secure in production; at the same time, there should be a reasonable mechanism to support and encourage people to produce agriculture, because currently the situation of farmers leaving their fields fallow, especially in the winter and summer-autumn crops, is very common.
Regarding land and administrative procedures, voters suggested that the State study policies, provide guidance, and create more favorable conditions for exploiting and transporting land to upgrade rural roads, intra-field traffic, and for households to renovate gardens and level the ground to build houses..., because according to current regulations, renovating and moving land to other places is very difficult..

Mr. Hoang Viet Minh, a voter in Nam Xuan commune (Nam Dan) proposed that the State should have a policy to simultaneously change land certificates from red to pink for the people, so that the people can be more convenient and reduce costs, because the red certificates have been issued for a long time, so many of them are torn or crumpled, leading to many difficulties in transactions with banks. Voter Hoang Viet Minh also suggested that the support of cement for the commune to carry out new rural construction should be more timely.
Voters also requested the State to soon increase the allowance for part-time workers at the commune and hamlet levels, especially for youth unions and associations, because it is currently too low; there should be strong enough policies to support the number of redundant officials and civil servants due to the merger of administrative units (commune and district levels...) to encourage these officials to resign from their civil service and public employee jobs and find new jobs more easily.
Voter Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Nam Xuan commune, also proposed solutions to more strictly manage social networks, especially to prevent fraudulent activities. Meanwhile, Mr. Le Dang Que, Xuan Hoa commune, suggested that there should be solutions to promote and exploit the values of historical relics in Nam Dan district to develop tourism.
