PERFORM POLITICAL TASKS WELL

The Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee has 5 Party cells (at the beginning of the term there were 7 Party cells, by August 2019, the Project of General Service Party Committee Office was implemented, merging into 5 Party cells), with 55 Party members (including comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee).

During the past term, the Party Committee has focused on leading cadres and party members to uphold their sense of responsibility, successfully complete political tasks, and ensure consultation and service to the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In addition, leaders strictly implement democratic regulations, innovate working style and manners, actively contribute to administrative reform, improve work efficiency, care for the material and spiritual lives of cadres and civil servants; and lead the implementation of national defense and security tasks well.

The Party Committee has also led the implementation of Party building, agency and organization building work well, such as: ideological work has always been given attention, the political theory level and professional level of cadres and party members have been raised; effectively implemented Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", the action program to help poor and especially disadvantaged communes;..

For the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee sets the following goals: Continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and Party cells; promote democracy and solidarity, build a team of cadres and civil servants with good qualities and ethics, healthy and creative lifestyles, professional qualifications, good working skills, meeting the requirements and assigned tasks. Build strong organizations and unions, excellently completing all tasks.

In order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the tasks, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee focuses on breakthrough solutions to implement a number of political tasks such as:

Lead and coordinate with experts to gradually professionalize the activities of the Provincial Party Committee Office by standardizing staff, institutionalizing and computerizing, aiming to make all activities increasingly regular and orderly, associated with promoting administrative reform.

The leadership continues to innovate and further improve the quality of in-depth consulting work in the fields of socio-economics, Party building and the political system. Innovate the process and content of appraisal submitted to the Party Committee.

The leadership effectively implemented the Provincial Party Committee Office Project to serve the Party Committee and the agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; clearly defined the functions and tasks of each department, cadre and employee, and at the same time revised, supplemented and perfected the working regulations and regulations on work quality assessment...

The Congress also heard the review report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 term; a report summarizing opinions on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress, the Political Report of the 20th National Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; and discussions of Party members.

CONTINUE TO DO WELL IN STAFF ADVISORY AND SYNTHESIS WORK

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee acknowledged the results achieved by the Provincial Party Office Party Committee in the past term.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies suggested that the Party Committee should continue to strengthen its leadership and improve the quality of its synthesis and advisory work to serve the leadership and administration of the Party Committee; coordinate regular and ad hoc activities of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In addition, the unit needs to continue promoting administrative reform, strongly applying information technology to office activities, maximizing information technology utilities in the Party; synchronously deploying document management software to deploy in Party agencies throughout the system; doing a good job of administration, financial and asset management, ensuring funding and facilities to serve the activities of the Party Committee.
