'Great Wisdom Opens the Mind - Opening the Mind of Heaven, Earth and Humans' - a journey of cultivating the mind, opening the mind, and creating sustainable leadership
On July 12 and 13, 150 students who are entrepreneurs, managers and young people participated in the course “Great Wisdom Opening the Mind – Business Intelligence of Heaven, Earth and Human”, where they experienced deep meditation and listened to inspirational sharing from experts, contributing to opening their minds, nurturing their inner selves and spreading good values.
This is a special free course organized by HGP HR Solutions in collaboration with Dai Tue Pagoda and CEO Vietnam Global Group. It is a journey to return to the inner self, while developing profound and sustainable leadership thinking.

Mr. Hoang Nguyen Trong Dung - General Director of Hoang Gia Phat Group, representative of the organizing unit, had gone through a difficult period, even at times close to the boundary of life and death. It was love that helped him overcome everything and start the journey of "paying back the debt of humanity" with simple but profound actions: a roof for the homeless, a meal for orphans, a study space for those who are finding themselves.

The journey began with a pilgrimage to visit Uncle Ho's hometown and offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site. Next, at Dai Tue Pagoda - one of the most ancient and majestic pagodas in Nghe An - with the topic "Identify yourself - Transform pressure - Live peacefully in all circumstances", Most Venerable Thich Tho Lac, Head of the Central Cultural Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Deputy Standing Committee of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Nghe An province, directly shared, helping students approach the "Middle Way" path, find inner peace, thereby balancing work and life.

In the quiet space of Dai Tue mountain forest, the “Lantern Zen” ceremony took place in the shimmering candlelight, creating a profound and sacred moment. Students calmed their hearts, shared stories from the depths of their hearts and gently let go of heavy emotions, opening up the process of healing and connecting with themselves.

Continuing the journey, Mr. Ngo Minh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEO Vietnam Global Group - brought the topic "Transforming consciousness - Transforming destiny". With a practical perspective and profound meditation experience, Mr. Ngo Minh Tuan inspires a steadfast mind and bright mind in business development; helping students transform pressure into motivation, improving leadership effectiveness.
Outstanding topics such as: "Understanding yourself, expanding your leadership thinking"; "Managing body - mind - spirit to make wise decisions"; "Applying Buddhism in sustainable business operations"; and "Harmonizing work - family to create happiness" have brought practical values, strongly inspiring the journey of personal and organizational development.
Within the framework of the program, responding to the Government's call "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", and promoting the tradition of "helping each other", "mutual love", HGP HR Solutions Joint Stock Company cooperated with CEO Vietnam Global Business Group to donate 150 million VND to support the construction of 3 gratitude houses for 3 extremely disadvantaged households in Nghe An province.

At the same time, 60 million VND was donated to support the construction of a warm home for Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung's family - a family with especially difficult circumstances in Hamlet 7, Dai Hue Commune, Nghe An Province.

The organizing committee also presented 7 gifts to share and encourage the spirit of orphaned children in Nghe An province./.
