Ensuring harmonious interests between businesses and employees and creating an environment to attract investment

The document clearly stated: In recent days, there have been strikes and work stoppages by workers at a number of factories and enterprises in the province. In order to quickly stabilize the situation, ensure the rights of workers, employers as well as the investment environment and security and order in the area, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested localities and units to implement the following specific contents:

Proactively grasp the production and business situation of enterprises, factories and enterprises located in the area, especially on holidays and Tet, adjust annual salaries, ensure strict compliance with legal regulations on benefits, salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, overtime, etc. At the same time, specifically synthesize the number of citizens, union members and association members of management units and organizations working at factories and enterprises across the province to grasp the ideological situation, thoughts and legitimate aspirations, detect signs that may cause complicated problems, promptly coordinate with functional branches to promptly resolve them in accordance with legal regulations.

Continue to promote propaganda to local enterprises to properly implement the State's legal regulations, share and ensure the harmony of interests between enterprises and employees; coordinate with enterprises to organize propaganda and dissemination to employees to raise awareness of the rights and obligations of employees, thereby contributing to creating trust and long-term attachment of enterprises, creating a good environment to attract investment and develop the province's socio-economy.

Maximize the role of trade union organizations from the province to the grassroots, take the lead in coordinating with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to grasp the situation, propagate and mobilize, and at the same time advise Party committees and authorities to promptly find solutions to prevent or promptly handle strikes and work stoppages in localities.

Direct forces at all levels and sectors to regularly monitor, promptly propagate and mobilize to prevent spontaneous, incited and provocative actions, especially taking advantage of strikes and work stoppages to affect COVID-19 prevention and control work and social order and safety in the area.

If a strike or work stoppage occurs in the area, direct the authorities and the entire political system to take part in propaganda and mobilization to resolve the incident, ensuring the legitimate rights of workers and laborers, as well as the production and business environment for enterprises in accordance with the law.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also requested the provincial press agencies to open special pages and columns, build news routes, articles, and reports to disseminate and educate labor laws, widely propagate, especially in enterprises, trade union organizations, workers, and laborers, promptly reflect and provide objective and constructive information about the incident, do a good job of orientation to soon stabilize the situation, ensure harmonious interests between enterprises and laborers and create a good investment attraction environment for the province.
