Motorbike crashes into traffic cone on Vinh bypass, young man dies on the spot
(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the darkness and the glare of oncoming headlights, Mr. Nguyen Van H., residing in Hung Trung commune (Hung Nguyen), crashed his motorbike into a traffic cone on Vinh bypass.
At around 6:10 p.m. on October 27, Mr. Nguyen Van H. (born in 1996), residing in Hamlet 8, Hung Trung Commune (Hung Nguyen) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37B2 - 032.27, traveling on Vinh bypass in the North direction towards Vinh city.

When he reached the section passing through Phuc Son hamlet, Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc), due to the glare of the headlights of an oncoming vehicle, Mr. H. crashed his motorbike into two roadside markers and fell onto the road. The accident caused Mr. H. to die on the spot, and his motorbike was damaged.
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Team of Nghi Loc District Police was present at the scene to investigate and handle the incident.
