For the first time, Thai Hoa Party Committee has a grassroots Party organization in a 100% foreign-invested enterprise.

On the afternoon of May 16, the Standing Committee of Thai Hoa City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish grassroots Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises.

They are the Party Cell of Hi-Tex Company Limited and the Party Cell of Lien Thang Trading and Service Company Limited under the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee. The establishment of the above two Party Cells brings the total number of grassroots Party organizations under the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee to 43.

Attending the ceremony to establish a Party cell in the enterprise were comrades: Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Council; leaders of the Party Organization - Party Members Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; comrades in the Town Party Committee's Standing Committee, leaders of the Town People's Committee, departments, branches, and the Steering Committee for implementing Project 5155-DA/TU of the town.

CompanyHi - Tex Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise with 100% foreign investment (the owner is Korean); headquartered in Nghia My Industrial Park. The company was established and started operating at the end of 2016. Production and business activities are in the garment sector, exporting to the US and Canada markets. Currently, there are 981 employees working at the Company. Revenue in 2021 reached 190 billion VND, contributing 2.3 billion VND to the State budget. The average income of employees is about 6 million VND/person/month. The company established a Trade Union organization in 2017. Hi - Tex Co., Ltd. Party cell is the first grassroots party cell in a 100% foreign-invested enterprise in Thai Hoa town. The party cell has 10 party members.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee appointed comrade Tong Minh Khanh - Company's main office to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; comrade Vu Hoang Hanh - Company's main office to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary.

Lien Thang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise trading in electrical and water equipment, operating in 43 provinces and cities nationwide. Up to now, the Company has 100 workers. The average income of employees is 8 million VND/person/month. In 2019, the Company established a Trade Union and admitted 100% of workers. Lien Thang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. Party Cell has 5 party members.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee appointed comrade Cao Huy Hoang to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.

Speaking at the party cell founding ceremony, comrade Pham Tuan Vinh -Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's CouncilHe highly appreciated the contributions of enterprises in the area, creating stable jobs and income for many workers; in the past time, they have always complied well with the Party's policies and the State's laws. He hoped that after being established, the two Party cells would promote the role of the Party organization in the enterprise, lead and promote the pioneering and exemplary role of each Party member, and at the same time strictly implement the Party's Charter and Party regulations; coordinate with the Board of Directors to lead the unions in the company to perform their functions and tasks well; do a good job of developing Party members; in addition to leading to improve productivity and efficiency in production and business, they must also take care of the lives of workers, protect the environment, ensure security and order in the area, actively participate in the common tasks of the town; build increasingly strong Party cells.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kim Soo Chul-The CEO of Hi-Tex Co., Ltd., on behalf of the two enterprises, congratulated the Party Cells and Party members. He hoped that the establishment of the Party Cell would contribute to improving the productivity and quality of the Company's employees, expanding production and business, increasing the Company's revenue, and at the same time helping to strengthen the close and good relationship between the Company and local leaders. The Company's Board of Directors will create favorable conditions and coordinate well for the Party Cell to promote and complete its tasks well.
