Nghe An traffic police promptly arrested two extremely dangerous prisoners who escaped from Thanh Xuan Prison.
In the early morning of June 8, Nghe An Province Traffic Police coordinated with local police to successfully arrest two especially dangerous criminals, Tran Hoang Khiem (born 1987, from Ben Tre) and Bui Van Chuc (born 1985, from Hai Duong) in Thai Hoa town.
Two subjects escaped from Thanh Xuan Prison (Hanoi) on the night of June 7 by digging through the cell wall and climbing over the fence to get out. After escaping, both took a bus to Nghe An, then continued traveling by taxi to the South.

At around 2:10 a.m. on June 8, residents of Dong Hieu Commune discovered two suspicious men riding a taxi and reported it to the authorities. The patrol team of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 quickly verified, identified them, and coordinated with Dong Hieu Commune Police to organize an arrest.
At 2:30 a.m., the two subjects were safely controlled while hiding in a mountainous area along the road.
