On July 11, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police said that a subject illegally buying and selling drugs had just been arrested.
Previously, in Kim Da village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district, Ky Son district police coordinated with Nam Can International Border Gate Customs Branch and Nam Can commune police to discover a man driving a motorbike towards Ta Ca commune with many suspicious signs.
The authorities asked the man to stop for inspection, but he did not comply and continued driving away.

Immediately, the authorities chased, surrounded, intercepted and arrested.
At the scene, the authorities seized 400 synthetic drug pills, 2 grams of heroin, 1 motorbike and a number of other related exhibits.
At the police station, the suspect confessed his name was La Van Sy (born in 1977), residing in Canh village, Ta Ca commune. He bought the drugs from a Laotian man (Mong ethnic group) to use and sell for profit.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police is completing the file to handle the subject La Van Sy according to the provisions of law.
