Promote the organization and promotion of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day

To continue promoting and expanding good models and effective methods of developing reading culture, responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department recommends that localities and units step up the organization, propaganda and implementation of many meaningful and practical activities on Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, including:

Directing and developing programs and plans for developing reading culture, considering this a regular task of each locality and unit; Researching and organizing forms such as: Book Street, Book Road, Book Park... to become highlights in cultural development planning in localities and areas to form book centers and book culture spaces; integrating activities to promote reading culture with cultural activities of the country, locality and unit; promoting cultural models and spaces to attract, inspire and motivate individuals, families and communities, forming the habit of reading regularly, becoming an inherent need of each individual.

Nghe An Literature and Arts Association and local publishers have increased their efforts to create many literary works of high ideological and artistic value to serve the increasingly diverse and rich needs of readers. Improve the quality, diversity and attractiveness of books to meet the needs of different readers.

Discover and promote good models in reading, researching and applying knowledge from books to life; build, organize, launch and vigorously implement movements to read and follow books, bring the value of books to readers, especially, promote the organization of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in the school system, cultural houses, cultural points, villages, hamlets, residential communities, and grassroots areas.

At the same time, promote and introduce good publications with high scientific, social and practical values ​​with new, lively and creative presentation forms suitable to the psychology, needs and target readers, with the ability to spread and encourage the public to respond and celebrate Vietnam Book Day and Reading Culture.
