(Baonghean.vn) - Although the locality is implementing Directive 16, 4 young men in Tan Tien block, Hoa Hieu ward, Thai Hoa town still gathered to drink.

On August 25, Thai Hoa Town Police are preparing a file to propose administrative sanctions against 4 people, including: TTT (born in 1992); NCAQ (born in 1997); CXL (born in 1998); NDT (born in 1999) for gathering to eat and drink during the period of social distancing according to the regulations.Directive No.16with a total fine of 60 million VND.

Previously, at around 1:30 a.m. on August 25, the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Inspection Team of Thai Hoa Town Police, while on patrol, discovered 4 people gathering to eat and drink at Chien Hang motel in Tan Tien block, Hoa Hieu ward, Thai Hoa town while Thai Hoa town was implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 16 to prevent and control Covid-19.

The town police are completing the dossier to propose the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town to fine the above subjects VND 15 million/person for the act of "not implementing the decision to apply measures to limit mass gatherings" as prescribed in Point c, Clause 3, Article 12, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector.

Since June 13, the province has recorded 1,073 Covid-19 patients in 21 localities, of which Thai Hoa town: 06. Currently, Thai Hoa town is 1 of 14 localities in Nghe An province implementing Directive 16.
