On the evening of August 24, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police continued to patrol and control the entire city, thereby detecting and handling 21 cases of young people driving motorbikes without helmets, most of the vehicles did not have license plates, did not have rearview mirrors, and were speeding and recklessly overtaking on the road.
The Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police has drawn up a record and temporarily detained 14 motorbikes of various types.
Previously, on the evening of August 23, the team discovered and handled 42 cases, temporarily impounding 20 motorbikes.
