According to the initial investigation, on the evening of September 22, Vinh went to his girlfriend Nguyen’s house (born 1999), village 4, Xuong Lam commune, Lang Giang district to attend a birthday party. The party became chaotic when Vinh and his girlfriend had a conflict, leading to an argument and a fight.
At this time, Ms. Nguyen's brother, Mr. T. (born in 1984), tried to intervene but was stabbed by Vinh with a sharp knife, causing serious injury and death. Bac Giang Provincial Police arrested Vinh for investigation and handling.
