According to initial information, at around 8:30 p.m. on August 19, in front of house number 29 Nguyen Phong Sac Street, near the soccer field and Hung Dung gas station, Vinh City, an accident occurred between a Wave motorbike, license plate 38.P1-537.48, driven by a young man (identity unknown), and a woman about 60 years old walking across the street.

The impact was so strong that the woman was thrown about 5 meters away, her head hit the road, her leg was broken and she was taken to the emergency room in critical condition. The young man suffered many scratches on his face, arms and legs.
