The illegal construction material storage site of Van Bao and Vuong Dinh Nhi establishments in Hamlet 4, Dien Cat Commune is considered the largest in Dien Chau District. These two sites are located close to National Highway 7A; here, boulders, crushed stones, sand, etc. are piled up, spilling out onto the edge of the national highway.

Some residents in Hamlet 4, Dien Cat Commune reported: Every time trucks come to buy sand and rocks, traffic participants have no way to go. Especially when it is windy, sand and rocks fly into residential areas, forcing households to keep their doors and windows closed all day to avoid the dust, not to mention the machines operating all day causing very unpleasant noise.

Mr. Vuong Dinh Nhi in Hamlet 4 Dien Cat, the owner of the construction material yard, admitted: This construction material yard does not have a license. Last month, the authorities inspected and reminded us to move the materials deep into the yard.

Mr. Le Truong - a car driver in Bac Thanh, Yen Thanh, was upset: Construction materials are spilled onto the roadside, making it difficult to detect when passing by at night, and the risk of traffic accidents is very high. He requested the relevant authorities to rectify the situation.

Some local residents also reported that the "tiger" trucks frequently come in and out to dump and trade materials, and if there is no timely solution, they will damage the entire traffic route.
