Nghe An Electricity: Notice of meter reading schedule for the Lunar New Year 2021

In 2021, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu on February 11, 12, 13, 14, 2021 (on the 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd of Tet). To ensure Business and Customer Service activities, especially meter readings, are in accordance with regulations and do not coincide with Tet holidays, Nghe An Electricity Company will adjust the meter reading schedule specifically as follows:
* For customers in areas where remote electronic meters have been installed,keep index schedule
* For customers in areas where remote electronic meters have not been installed:The index recording schedule of the 04 recording sessions on 11, 12 and 13, 14 will be adjusted according to the principle of 02 recording sessions earlier before Tet (each recording session is 01 day earlier), 02 recording sessions later after Tet (each recording session is 01 day later), specifically as follows:
+ The index recording session on February 11, 2021 will be transferred to February 10, 2021.
+ The index recording session on February 12, 2021 will be transferred to February 11, 2021.
+ The index recording session on February 13, 2021 will be transferred to February 14, 2021.
+ The index recording session on February 14, 2021 will be transferred to February 15, 2021.
* Nghe An Electricity Company will adjust the meter reading schedule on the CMIS3.0 Customer Information Management System to ensure that the electricity bill calculation is accurate compared to reality and in accordance with regulations.
Nghe An Electricity Company would like to inform customers in Nghe An province, especially customers in areas where remote electronic meters have not been installed, about the change in meter reading schedule and to proactively coordinate and monitor meter reading to ensure accuracy and fairness.
