On the evening of March 31, while on patrol, the Working Group (Do Luong District Police) discovered and caught red-handed Nguyen Cong Tuan (born in 1990, residing in Hamlet 7, Minh Son Commune, Do Luong District) robbing a passerby.

Searching the subject, the police also seized 0.235 grams of heroin.

At the investigation agency, Tuan confessed that in addition to the above case, he had also committed 4 robberies in a similar manner. The property Tuan robbed was jewelry such as necklaces and gold bracelets. Tuan's victims were women walking alone on the street.

The case is currently under investigation by the police.
