Receiving and working with the delegation was comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Yen Thanh District Party Committee.

Before going to the grassroots and working with Hoa Thanh and Tan Thanh communes, the delegation had a working session with the leaders of Yen Thanh district to learn about the socio-economic development situation and the results of more than 2 years of implementing the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress.

Implementing Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020; Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and 2.5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 26th Yen Thanh District Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term, the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee have seriously disseminated, studied and implemented for all cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life in the district.

Thereby, awareness and responsibility are raised and high consensus is created in the entire political system and among the people, actively participating in implementing the goals set out in the Resolution.

The District Party Committee and Standing Committee promptly developed programs, plans, directives, specialized resolutions and many other documents to concretize and lead the implementation of the goals set out in the District Party Congress Resolution. The leadership and direction of implementation included many synchronous, positive, proactive and drastic measures.

The Party Committee regularly pays attention to and directs the implementation of the Resolution. After more than 2 years of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the District Party Congress, many targets have been achieved quite well compared to the goals set out in the Resolution.

At the working session, there were many opinions exchanged and discussed good and creative ways of doing things of the locality and proposed many solutions to continue promoting the implementation of targets and plans in the process of implementing the Resolutions set out by the Party Congresses at all levels.

These are important conditions and premises for Yen Thanh district to continue to unite, promote internal strength, and have positive breakthroughs in the process of implementing the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels.

According to the plan, the delegation of planning cadres and members of the Provincial Party Committee will attend activities with a Party cell and visit and give gifts to a number of policy families in Yen Thanh district.
