In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Military Region 4 expressed their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the beloved Father of the armed forces; at the same time, reported to Uncle Ho the achievements that the Military Region had achieved in the first months of 2018.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command pledge to continue to unite and be creative in leading and directing the armed forces of the Military Region to successfully complete all assigned tasks, especially continuing to effectively implement the contents of Directive 05 of the Politburo, Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XII) and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers", building a comprehensively strong armed force of the Military Region.
