Delegation of Nghe An province held gratitude activities in Hoang Mai town on the occasion of July 27
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 23, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2021), a delegation of Nghe An province came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Hoa Tien Cave relic and visited a number of policy families in Hoang Mai town.

The delegation was led by Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. Also participating in the delegation were representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; and leaders of Hoang Mai town.
Rocket Caveand the Railway Martyrs Cemetery in Quynh Thien ward (Hoang Mai town) was recognized as a national historical relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2011.
This is the resting place of 33 Youth Volunteers who died while serving to protect the traffic artery in the Hoang Mai area during the American imperialists' war of destruction in the North.

At the cemetery, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate the martyrs.martyrswith deep gratitude for the sacrifices of martyrs who fell for the country's peace.
Before the souls of martyrs, the delegation promised to continue to strive, work well, and contribute to building the homeland and country to become more and more developed and the people to become more prosperous and happy.

Next, the provincial delegation visited and presented gifts to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tan (born in 1942), wife of martyr Pham Van Sang, who died on the southern front in 1970.
On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh shared the loss and hardship of the martyr's wife; at the same time encouraged and wished Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tan good health and peace.

Coming to give gifts to war invalid Van Thi Ron in Quynh Di ward, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh visited her situation, living conditions and shared and encouraged her family to overcome difficulties to stabilize their lives.
Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh also expressed his hope that Hoang Mai town and Quynh Di ward would continue to pay attention to and take care of policy families in the area in general and the family of war invalid Van Thi Ron in particular.
