At the visited units, including: Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Guard Station, Squadron 137 (Region 1, Navy Command) and Squadron 2, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Chi informed the officers and soldiers of the units about the province's outstanding results in the past year.
Despite the difficult context due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Nghe An province has achieved quite comprehensive results in all aspects. The growth rate reached 6.2%. Budget revenue reached nearly 19,000 billion VND. Culture and society were flexibly adjusted, continuing to have many bright spots, especially education, health care, and new rural construction; policies for people with meritorious services and social security were guaranteed.

In particular, social order and security were maintained, the National Defense and Security Force was maintained, and national sovereignty and security were guaranteed. These results were achieved thanks to the efforts of the Party Committee and people of the whole province, in which officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port, Squadron 137 (Region 1, Navy Command) and Squadron 2 played the role of frontline soldiers directly protecting the sovereignty of the national border and territory at sea.
