"Relying on the people, trusting the people and being trusted by the people" will fight petty corruption.
Voter Le Dinh Dat expressed his excitement about the results and activities of recent National Assembly sessions, especially the question and answer sessions, which attracted the attention of a large number of voters.
In addition, voter Le Dinh Dat proposed that the National Assembly inspect the land use of state-owned farms in districts and towns in Phu Quy (Nghe An) to find effective solutions for the benefit of the people. Because according to voter Dat, the current land use of units assigned to manage land is not effective.
Many voters also expressed their opinions on the work of preventing and combating corruption, suggesting that it be fought and handled strictly. According to voter Mai Xuan Thinh, fighting petty corruption is very difficult, but "if you know how to do it, if you rely on the people, trust the people and the people trust you, it can be done". Promoting the people's supervisory role with cadres and party members
Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac responded to voters' petitions. Regarding the proposal to review agricultural and forestry land, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said that the country currently has more than 3 million hectares of land managed by agricultural and forestry farms.
It is said that agricultural and forestry farms performed very well during the subsidy period, but in the market economy period, agricultural and forestry farms transformed very slowly and the National Assembly has conducted specialized supervision on land and agricultural and forestry farms, including Nghe An, and issued a resolution on this issue.
Agreeing with voters' opinions, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac emphasized the need to do more to improve the efficiency of land use by farms and forestry farms.
The policy is: Any farm or forestry farm that does not use up its land fund will calculate and hand it over to the locality to supplement land for people who lack production land; and any locality with a high average production land fund will reserve land for large projects, calling for businesses to invest.
