Comrade Phan Huy Hoang holds the position of Secretary of the Tan Ky Town Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Attending the congress were comrades: Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Leaders of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee and departments of Tan Ky district, along with 224 official delegates representing 562 party members in the town.

Tan Ky Town Party Committee is one of four Party Committees selected by the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee as the focal point for directing grassroots congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

The political report presented to the congress emphasized that in the 2020-2025 term, implementing the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress, the Tan Ky town Party Committee continued to achieve achievements.

Total production value by the end of the term is estimated to reach over 1,779 billion VND; Average growth rate for the whole period is estimated to reach 15.6%. Average income per capita is estimated to reach 83.1 million VND. 16/17 targets have been achieved and exceeded the Congress Resolution.

The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life has been gradually improved, 100% of the bloc maintains cultural villages, the rate of cultural families reaches over 90%... The town's education career continues to have remarkable development at all 3 levels of education and is always the leading flag of the district.

The highlight of the term was attracting investment to develop more than 783 billion VND for urban beautification, construction of technical infrastructure, and social infrastructure. Propagating and mobilizing more than 1,000 households to donate more than 5,000m²Land and assets on land to expand roads. People contributed to build roads worth nearly 2.1 billion VND; built cultural houses up to standards worth nearly 5 billion VND. Commercial infrastructure is increasingly developing...

Up to now, 7/9 criteria have met urban civilization standards; 50/52 contents have met standards.

With a spirit of solidarity and high unity, the delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of Tan Ky Town Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term with general goals, specific targets, key tasks, and main solutions.

In particular, in the coming term, the Tan Ky Town Party Committee has identified 5 breakthroughs: Proposing to competent authorities to develop a detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 for Tan Ky Town and effectively implementing the plan. Effectively implementing administrative reform, digital transformation, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of urban areas.

Focus on promoting internal resources, attracting investment in building technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and urban beautification. Effectively manage and exploit revenue sources, prevent revenue loss; effectively manage and exploit resources and minerals in the area. Correct and strictly implement urban order associated with construction order, environmental sanitation, and urban trees.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Le Van Ngoc - Standing Deputy Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Tan Ky town in the past term. At the same time, he suggested that the Congress should promote intelligence, democracy, sense of responsibility, focus on discussing, analyzing and clarifying the causes, limitations and shortcomings, to contribute to the Congress to find practical and specific solutions, so that in the next term, the Town Party Committee can effectively implement the set goals and tasks. Especially building the town to meet urban civilized standards.

In the spirit of democracy, delegates attending the 10th Tan Ky Town Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term wisely selected a new Executive Committee of 14 comrades; Comrade Phan Huy Hoang continued to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Town Party Committee.

The Congress also elected a delegation of 14 official delegates to attend the higher-level Congress.
