(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 21, comrade Tran Hong Chau - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters before the 15th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, term 2011 - 2016 in Le Mao ward, Vinh city.

In the spirit of democracy and responsibility, many voters have frankly reflected on many issues that are being raised in practice, recommending that all levels and sectors pay attention to and take action to thoroughly handle them. These include the situation of counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, the use of stimulants and banned substances in animal husbandry and cultivation, and violations of food safety and hygiene that have not been effectively controlled, affecting the rights and health of the people.

The practice of selling lottery tickets to record numbers takes place on every street corner and road in Vinh city, but up to now there has been no solution, posing many potential consequences. The situation of some projects being granted land but not yet implemented, not only causes waste but also causes environmental pollution, affecting the urban landscape....

In addition to the above issues, related to the education sector, many voters raised: currently, Le Mao ward is lacking schools and classrooms, especially preschools; children in the ward cannot study at the ward school; primary and secondary school students have to study in 2 shifts; request the province to have a policy for preschools in the city to organize summer and Saturday classes.

The government has a policy of eliminating construction fees and switching to socialized forms, but schools have set specific payment levels. Some schools even print out payment forms for parents to sign to ensure a reasonable voluntary form.

Voters of Tan Phong bloc reflect that the implementation of socialized education in schools is going against procedures.

Some voters also reflected on the slow resolution of policies for meritorious people, especially the policies for Youth Volunteers; the inadequacies in the policies for some ward and block-level cadres, which are currently low compared to the general level, lower than the Head of the Front Committee of the block and block, and the deputy block position does not have a policy...
