After more than 1 year of construction, the project has basically been completed, however, there are still problems at the Truong Bon National Historical Site bypass. One household, Mr. Dao Van Quang's family in Hamlet 7, My Son Commune (Do Luong), has not yet had their land cleared, causing the project to be behind schedule.
According to the Traffic Project Management Board (Department of Transport), the plan for the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 15A through Nghe An is to be completed by the end of 2022. Although the Department of Transport has sent many documents requesting Do Luong district to soon have a solution to clear the land at this household, up to now Do Luong district has not been able to do so.

Therefore, by early March, although the entire route was basically completed, only about 70% of the capital was disbursed for the Truong Bon National Historical Site bypass route.
Mr. Tran Van Hien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the Land Clearance Council of Do Luong District said that most households on National Highway 15A through Do Luong District basically complied with the State's land recovery policy to implement the project of upgrading and expanding National Highway 15A. Only Mr. Dao Van Quang's household in Hamlet 7, My Son Commune has not cooperated with the local government on land recovery, although the Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations, commune and district authorities have participated in propaganda and mobilization. Afterwards, the People's Committee of Do Luong District also issued a notice of land recovery.
In accordance with the provisions of the Land Law, after 90 days from the date the District People's Committee issues a notice of land recovery, if this household still does not comply with the land handover, the local government and competent agencies will enforce and protect the project construction.
Accordingly, on March 10, the 90-day notice of land recovery for this household expires. The People's Committee of Do Luong district will implement a plan to forcibly recover the land if the household still refuses to cooperate./.
