Bringing drugs from Nghe An to Dak Lak to sell to inmates for profit
(Baonghean.vn) - After buying drugs at Nam Can International Border Gate (Ky Son District) to transport to Dak Lak to hand over to a fellow prisoner, Hanh was arrested by Buon Ma Thuot City Police.
On March 21, Buon Ma Thuot City Police, Dak Lak Province, detained Phan Dinh Hanh (43 years old, residing in Yen Thanh District) to investigate the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.
Hanh and Nguyen Ngoc Sang (43 years old, residing in Tan Lap ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province) are the two leaders of a drug trafficking and illegal storage ring from other provinces and cities to Buon Ma Thuot city for consumption.

Previously, on March 19, the working group of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team (Buon Ma Thuot City Police) discovered a car with Nghe An license plate showing many suspicious signs, so they conducted an inspection. At that time, the subject Hanh was sitting in the car with a driver. After a quick search, the police discovered a large amount of crystal meth hidden in the car, so they took the people in the car to the headquarters for questioning.
Through the investigation, Hanh confessed that she had hired a car to transport 1kg of crystal meth from Nghe An to Buon Ma Thuot city to sell to Nguyen Ngoc Sang (43 years old, residing in Tan Lap ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province).

Expanding the investigation, the police searched Sang's residence and seized nearly 0.36 grams of crystal meth in the living room, nearly 55 grams of crystal meth and 1 electronic scale hidden in an empty lot opposite the house. In addition, Sang also hid drugs at his biological parents' house in Tan Loi ward. Here, the police seized nearly 204 grams of crystal meth and 1 electronic scale.
Through investigation, it was learned that Nguyen Ngoc Sang and Phan Dinh Hanh both had criminal records for drug-related crimes and were former inmates. After being released from prison, they still regularly contacted each other by phone.

Knowing that Hanh lived in Nghe An province and had connections with drug dealers, Sang asked Hanh to buy crystal meth to sell for profit. Hanh agreed. After that, Hanh went to Nam Can border gate (Ky Son district) to buy crystal meth and hired a car to transport it to Buon Ma Thuot city to deliver to Sang.
The case is currently being investigated by the Police Department to be handled in accordance with the law./.
