Nearly 150 students attend the class teaching Vi and Giam folk songs

Attending the opening ceremony were leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports, leaders of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communication of districts, cities and towns with participating students and nearly 150 students from districts, cities and towns in the province.

Folk song teaching class for clubsFolk songsNghe Tinh is organized to guide and teach folk songs to artisans and club members; to foster and improve the ability to write and stage folk songs for talented authors and artisans.

This will help the clubs operate stably, develop the strengths of each member, and spread folk songs to every home and every neighborhood, aiming at the long-term goal of returning folk songs to the people. The class is also an environment for students to meet, exchange, and share their understanding of the Heritage of Vi and Giam Folk Songs and how to preserve and promote this heritage in community life.

During 3 days (from April 25 to 27), students will discuss 6 topics: Preserving and promoting Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam folk songstourism productsCharacteristic culture; Overview of Nghe Tinh folk songs; Practice some Vi and Giam folk songs; Compile and stage performances; Practice building repertoire, scenes and methods of developing adapted melodies in Nghe Tinh folk songs.

At the end of the training program, students will be awarded a certificate./.
