On June 17, in the domestic market, coffee prices increased dramatically, up 1,800 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating from 66,100 - 66,800 VND/kg.

Specifically, the price of green coffee beans (coffee beans, fresh coffee beans) in Lam Dong province increased by 1,800 VND/kg. In districts such as Bao Loc, Di Linh, Lam Ha, coffee is purchased at a price of 66,000 - 66,100 VND/kg.

Coffee prices in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces increased by VND1,800/kg, standing at VND66,300/kg.

In Dak Nong province, coffee was purchased at the highest price of 66,800 VND/kg.

Today's coffee price in Dak Lak province in Cu M'gar district is currently at 66,600 VND/kg. In Ea H'leo district, Buon Ho town is purchased at the same price of 66,700 VND/kg.

At the end of the trading session, Robusta coffee prices on the London floor skyrocketed. The July spot futures increased by 79 USD to 2,804 USD/ton and the September futures increased by 63 USD to 2,757 USD/ton, very strong increases. Trading volume was very high above average.

The estimated yield of this type of lychee is up to 20 tons/season, however, the seedless lychee variety producer is always "out of stock" because there are too many orders.

Seedless lychee, also known as pearl lychee, is bred and grown in the mountainous area of ​​Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa province. Recently, the first batch of seedless lychee was packaged and transported to Noi Bai airport for export to Japan and the UK. This is a special type of lychee with the characteristic of being seedless (or if there are seeds, they are very small and flat). The care process is also very special, meeting the strict criteria of the most demanding markets in the world.

The total volume of shipments exported to the two foreign markets mentioned above is more than 1 ton, of which 500 kg is exported to Japan and 600 kg to the UK. According to a survey, in the Japanese market, seedless lychees are being sold at 4,500-5,000 yen/kg, equivalent to 750,000-840,000 VND/kg.

In addition, another seedless lychee product distributor also exported a shipment of more than 100 kg from Vietnam to Japan for distribution at an Asian supermarket in Japan.

With seedless lychee, this unit has been recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Ngoc Lac, Thanh Hoa province is also the only place in Vietnam that has successfully grown seedless lychee on a large scale.

The retail price of seedless lychees in the domestic market currently fluctuates around 250,000 - 320,000 VND/kg, depending on the packaging, quantity and size of the lychees. The selling company is distributing them in boxes, such as the special box priced at 800,000 VND/box (only 200 boxes are produced); 2 kg box priced at 550,000 VND/box; 1 kg box priced at 280,000 VND/box and 500 gram box priced at 148,000 VND/box.

Currently, the orders for this fabric are very large, while the supply is not enough to supply supermarket systems or fruit retail stores. It will take more time for this fabric to be available in traditional markets.

For the domestic market, the manufacturer is still trying to meet the needs of customers. First, it will be present in supermarkets in major city centers across the country.

Today's steel price on June 17, for October 2023 delivery on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, increased by 33 yuan to 3,776 yuan/ton. The steel price for January 2024 delivery increased by 13 yuan to 3,669 yuan/ton.

Viet Duc Steel reduced the price of CB240 rolled steel to 14,040 VND/kg - down 200 VND; D10 CB300 ribbed steel is priced at 14,560 VND/kg.

Viet Sing Steel, with CB240 coil steel continuing to decrease by VND200, down to VND14,210/kg; D10 CB300 rebar steel is priced at VND14,360/kg.

VAS steel has no fluctuations, currently CB240 coil steel is at 14,360 VND/kg; D10 CB300 ribbed steel is priced at 14,260 VND/kg.

Viet Nhat Steel continues to be stable, with D10 CB300 rebar priced at VND14,460/kg; and CB240 coil steel at VND14,310/kg.

Domestic steel prices have fallen for 11 consecutive sessions since April 8. Steel prices are expected to continue to fall in the coming time.
