On the afternoon of April 15, the leader of the Kon Tum Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that the unit had a meeting and issued administrative disciplinary measures against a number of civil servants who violated ethics during their business trips.

Accordingly, the Department has decided to issue a warning to Mr. Cao Minh Phuong, Head of the Water Resources Department and Mr. Diep Xuan Vinh, Deputy Head of the Land Management Department. In his statement to the authorities, Mr. Phuong stated that after returning home, Mr. Vinh and many strangers came to his house to cause trouble and threaten to kill him. The police then arrived at the scene to intervene.
