People passing by harvesting rice said that this area sometimes hasdead pigthrown here, but this time there are the most, 5-6 pigs weighing dozens of kg each.
"People don't know who dumped the pigs, but with the situation of dumping dead pigs like this, I'm afraid African swine fever will continue to spread," said Mr. Thai Viet Tri in hamlet 1 Tien Khanh, Khanh Thanh commune, worriedly.
Mr. Nguyen Dao Quy - Chairman of Khanh Thanh Commune People's Committee said that the commune had previously destroyed a few dead pigs that people had thrown into the Dong Ram sewer area, but this time the commune had not received the information. Through this, the commune will send forces to inspect and destroy the dead pigs according to regulations. At this time, African swine fever is occurring in the commune, so the situation of throwing dead pigs into the environment makes the work of disease prevention and control even more complicated.
