Hundreds of people put out a pine forest fire at night in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn)- On the evening of July 26, a fire broke out in the pine forest area of Doi, on the border between Nhan Son commune (Do Luong) and Thanh Phong commune (Thanh Chuong).
The pine forest area that caught fire was located near the top of the mountain, 2km from the trail, so it was difficult to determine the terrain and the extent of the fire. The forest rescue force, including militia, forest rangers, district military command, fire police and rescue team, and people from Do Luong and Thanh Chuong districts, quickly arrived at the scene and implemented the fire fighting plan.

The area of forest fire and the cause of the fire are being clarified by the authorities.
