Self-expanding "tiger cages" can be fined from 60-80 million VND.

According to Clause 2, Article 70 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP, the specific fines are prescribed as follows:
A fine of from VND 60,000,000 to VND 80,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
a) Illegally occupying housing area; encroaching on surrounding space, encroaching on common property or encroaching on private property of other owners in any form;
b) Arbitrarily changing the load-bearing structure or changing the design of privately owned parts in the apartment building;
c) Using the area and equipment under common ownership and use for private use;
d) Misuse of common areas or service areas in mixed-use apartment buildings.
