This is a source of breeding cows supported and donated by provincial departments to Ky Son district in 2019.
At the handover ceremony of breeding cows, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development assigned the responsibility of the veterinary industry to support people in vaccination to protect the cow herd. In addition, the leader of the agricultural industry said that it willEvaluate the effectiveness of the program, continue to work with departments and branches to continue supporting poor households in the district.
On the local government side, it is necessary to guide people to take good care of the cows to multiply the herd and transfer breeding stock, and help other households escape poverty.

Muong Tip and Muong Ai are two extremely remote and disadvantaged communes of Ky Son district, nearly 60 km from the center of Ky Son district, with difficult traffic conditions, especially in the rainy season; currently the poverty rate of the two communes accounts for approximately 70% of the population.
