This is a source of breeding cows supported and donated by provincial departments and branches to Ky Son district in 2019.
At the handover ceremony of breeding cows, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development assigned the responsibility of the veterinary industry to support people in vaccination to protect the cow herd. In addition, the leader of the agricultural industry said that it willEvaluate the effectiveness of the program, continue to work with departments and branches to continue supporting poor households in the district.

Muong Tip and Muong Ai are two extremely remote and disadvantaged communes of Ky Son district, nearly 60 km from the center of Ky Son district, with difficult traffic conditions, especially in the rainy season; currently the poverty rate of the two communes accounts for approximately 70% of the population.
