Hoang Mai improves the quality of inspection and supervision of cadres and Party members

(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of Hoang Mai City Party Committee has just issued Project No. 02 - DA/Thu on Improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work of Party Committees, grassroots Party cells and supervision work of Executive Committee members of grassroots Party Committees for the period 2016-2020.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee inspected the application of IT in State management at a number of city-level agencies.

Hoang Mai Town Party Committee currently has 31 grassroots party organizations (including 10 commune and ward party organizations, 5 agency party organizations and 16 affiliated party cells) with 3,465 party members. The objective of the Project is to carry out quality and effective inspection and supervision work of Party committees, grassroots Party cells and supervision of members of the Party Executive Committee of grassroots Party committees, to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, cadres and Party members.

Accordingly, Party committees, Party organizations and the Party Inspection Committee at grassroots level develop and organize the completion of 100% of the annual inspection and supervision program. Every year, the Party Inspection Committee of the commune and ward Party Committees inspects the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks; inspects Party finances of 20-25% of the total number of subordinate Party organizations; conducts thematic supervision of at least 3 lower-level Party organizations and 3 or more Party members under their management; the Party Inspection Committee of the commune and ward Party Committees inspects at least 1 Party organization and 2 Party members, including Party Committee members at the same level, when there are signs of violations.

The project sets out a number of tasks and solutions such as: Raising awareness among Party committees, cadres, and Party members about the role and position of inspection and supervision work in leading the implementation of political tasks; Continuing to review, supplement, and amend the operating regulations and inspection and supervision work program of Party committees and Party committee and Party cell inspection committees annually; Strengthening the role and responsibility of Party committees, grassroots Party cells, and the responsibility of Party committee secretaries in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks; Consolidating and building a team to do inspection and supervision work...

The project also specifically assigns tasks to relevant organizations and individuals to perform well their functions and regulates the organization of mid-term reviews and final reviews of the project's implementation at the end of the term; rewards organizations and individuals who perform well and considers the responsibility of Party committees and leaders who do not perform well the project's requirements.
