At the same time, instruct parents to properly implement regulations on wearing helmets for students when riding motorbikes, scooters, and electric bicycles; not to hand over motorbikes or scooters to students who are underage or do not have a driving license; not to gamble or participate in social evils; and strictly implement the 5K regulations on Covid-19 prevention.
In addition, it is necessary to develop a plan to prepare for the Lunar New Year 2022 in a healthy, joyful, and safe manner, creating an exciting atmosphere and determination to successfully carry out the tasks of the 2021-2022 school year. Fully and promptly implement the policies of the Party and State for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and students.
At the same time, proactively develop plans, coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local organizations to mobilize social resources, organize visits and encourage students from policy families, orphaned students, homeless students; retired officials, teachers, and employees in difficult circumstances; officials, teachers, and students whose relatives are on duty in the sea, island, and border areas of the Fatherland. Spend time visiting policy families, poor households, and families in difficult circumstances.
The Department also requires schools to have solutions to prevent students from dropping out after Tet. That is, it is necessary to strengthen solutions to mobilize students to go to school, maintain the attendance rate of students. Review students at risk of dropping out, classify them to have appropriate measures for each student. For poor and disadvantaged students, it is necessary to mobilize resources to help and support them in a timely manner during Tet; students must not be allowed to drop out of school due to difficult circumstances.
In addition, it is necessary to closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to promote propaganda, management, education, and organization for students to have a healthy spring festival, along with guiding them to spend appropriate time studying on their own during Tet holiday. Immediately after returning to work after Tet, heads of the Department of Education and Training of districts, cities and towns, and heads of affiliated units must directly direct the review of student numbers. If there are students who drop out of school, promptly find out the reasons, organize mobilization and help so that students can continue to go to school.
