| On August 19, all schools at preschool, primary, secondary and high school levels in Nghe An organized the opening ceremony for the 2019-2020 school year. According to the plan, this year the province has more than 800,000 students. Of which, preschool level has about 218,000 students; primary school has 304,600 students; secondary school has 186,500 students and high school and supplementary high school has 91,700 students.
